welcome to black queen’s newest (and probably most stable) website– blackQueen:press! we’ve gone a long way from a simple yahoo group with fifty-something members, to a more popular hair care forum with over 500 members and an extremely informative site. then, the site got pulled down from yahoo (i still don’t know why), so i opened up a simpler one. despite the downfall of losing such a helpful website, we still continued to grow into a huge community of strong and beautiful women. (almost two thousand of them!) today, i’ve decided to switch to a blog format for our main website, since updating the geocities site was a hassle. this will be our headquarters for the latest updates on black queen, along with information about newly tested products, hair styles, and treatments. you’ll also find some news in the media that pertains to our hair, along with anything else that i find interesting and somewhat relevant (i.e. art, music, fashion, etc). all in all, i’m pretty open. while this will most likely serve to be my own journal so as to keep you guys posted, you may find other interesting things here and there. right now, this is pretty fresh, so we’ll see how things go once they actually start going.
